Jesuit Conference of South Asia (JCSA) means the conference of Jesuit Major Superiors of India, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Bhutan and Afghanistan. Presently there are 18 Provinces and 2 Regions and the Provincial of South Asia is the Chairman of this Conference.
In India the Provinces are organized into 4 Zones:
Northern Zone: Calcutta (Bangladesh), Darjeeling (Bhutan), Delhi, Kohima, Nepal and Patna
Central Zone: Dumka-Raiganj, Hazaribagh, Jamshedpur, Madhya Pradesh and Ranchi
Western Zone: Bombay, Goa, Gujarat and Pune
Southern Zone: Andhra, Karnataka, Kerala and Madurai. While Pakistan comes under Sri Lankan Province, Afghanistan is taken care of by the Provincial of India. >> More...
