In South Asian Assistancy of the Jesuits there are 18 Provinces and 2 Regions, which are grouped into 4 Zones, namely South (Andhra, Karnataka, Kerala, Madurai and Sri Lanka); West (Bombay, Goa, Gujarat and Pune); Central (Dumka-Raiganj, Hazaribag, Jamshedpur, Madhyapradesh and Ranchi) and North (Calcutta, Darjeeling, Delhi, Kohima, Patna and Nepal).

In South Asia there are around 125 Social Centres which are mainly working among their chosen Priority Groups, namely Dalits, Tribals, Unorganized sector workers, Minorities, Youth, Women and Children.
